Part Time / Permanent – Member Service Representative

Location – Winnipegosis

The Position

Member Service Representatives provide members with a variety of services related to the promotion and sale of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. The successful candidate will respond to members and potential members inquiries, analyze needs, and assists members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs.

This position will be part time permanent (3 days per week)

The Person

The successful candidate will have a grade 12 diploma and 2 years job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members. The individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and decision making abilities.


Compensation for this position is $17.03 – $20.87 per hour.  Fusion offers excellent benefits and staff incentive programs.

Facilities manager
Location To Be Determined

The Position:

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the property management and maintenance of Fusion and Northstar branch facilities and rental properties including renovations and the coordination of general maintenance, repairs, furniture requirements, and equipment upgrades.   This position acts as the primary liaison with stakeholders such as tenants, contractors, and local government. To provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services, and processes to meet the needs of Fusion’s employees and members.

  • Property Management
  • Operational Management
  • Building Projects
  • Professional Team

Education & Experience:

  • Grade 12 Diploma plus additional courses in facilities management, business administration or related courses.
  • Project management courses are considered an asset.
  • 4-6 years’ experience of job-related experience
  • Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health Regulations as well as general building codes
  • Ability to manage external partner relationships.
  • General maintenance and mechanical aptitude


Compensation for this position will be $68,263 – $83,550 per annum. Fusion offers an excellent employee benefits and variable incentive pay plan.  The successful candidate will have access to a Fusion corporate vehicle and cell phone.
