Hamiota/Brandon Location

 
 The Position
The Ag/Commercial Lender promotes and sells commercial and agricultural lending services to current and potential members.  The Ag/Commercial Lender is responsible to administer and control an assigned portion of the loans portfolio and ensure all loan activities are in compliance with legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
 
 
 The Location
The successful candidate will be primarily based out of the Brandon or Hamiota location with some mobility required of up to a 100km radius.

Education and Experience
  • One year of post-secondary education in a related field

Compensation for this position will be $59,451-$80,582 per annum.  An excellent employee benefits and variable incentive pay plan is offered.

 The Position
Under general supervision, the MSR provides members with a variety of
services related to the promotion and sale of cash and non-cash related
deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. The successful
candidate will respond to members and potential members inquiries,
analyze needs, and assists members to utilize the product or service
which best meets those needs.
 
The Person
The successful candidate will have a grade 12 diploma and 2 years job
related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the
ability to build and maintain relationships with members. The individual
must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as
analytical and decision making abilities.
 
 Compensation for this position will be $16.42 – $20.12 per hour.

Branch manager (term position)

brandon/oak lake LOCATIONs

 
 The Position
The Branch Manager oversees delivery of a full range of services to members and prospective members.  They are accountable for all day-to-day operations of the branch and they ensure that all established policies and procedures are followed.  They ensure that all members are promptly and professionally served and that branch operations are driven by a member focused model of service  The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall mission, values and strategic plan of the Credit Union are reflected in all branch activities. 
 
The term will be approximately 12 months in duration.
