Work at Fusion
Join one of Manitoba’s Top Employers
We are extremely proud to announce that Fusion Credit Union has been recognized as one of Manitoba’s Top Employers for the second year in a row!
Manitoba’s Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This special designation recognizes Manitoba employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.
“Employee and community wellness are at the forefront of what we do,” says CEO Darwin Johns. “This year, we
made a conscious effort at the Board and leadership level to practice that.”
Employers are evaluated by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers using the same eight criteria as the national competition:
Employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which offers the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.
“We have outstanding, talented employees who care about each other and the work we do for our members and communities, which is what makes Fusion such a fantastic organization to build a career and do business with” says Johns.
