part time MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

roblin BRANCH

The Position:

This is a part-time, permanent position based out of the Roblin location. The position is guaranteed two days per week with the ability to provide coverage to the branch and surrounding locations remainder of the week.  Under general supervision, the MSR provides members with a variety of services related to the promotion and sale of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. The successful candidate will respond to members and potential members inquiries, analyze needs, and assists members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs.

The Person:

The successful candidate will have a grade 12 diploma and 2 years job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members. The individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and decision making abilities.

Compensation for this position is $16.42- $20.12 per hour.  Fusion offers excellent employee benefits and incentive pay programs.

Member Service Supervisor

Roblin Branch

The Position:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Member Service Supervisor motivates and develops the Member Services Representatives within the Roblin branch. The supervisor ensures adequate cash supplies and adherence to security procedures. This is a full-time, permanent position based out of the Roblin location.

The Person:

The successful candidate will have a grade 12 diploma and 2-3 years job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members and staff members.

Compensation for this position is $43,383 – $53,101 per annum. Fusion offers excellent benefits and staff incentive programs.
