Lending Support Administrator 

Full Time Term (12- 18 months)

Location – Russell Branch


Position Overview:

Under general supervision, provide loan administrative support for all consumer lending services at the credit union. Performs a variety of administrative functions to ensure all assigned lending activities are compliant with legislations, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Education & Experience:

Completion of Grade 12 and one year of experience within a financial institution or similar office environment.


Compensation:

Compensation for this position will be $20.20 - $22.51 per hour.

Member Service Representative

Full Time Permanent Position

Location – Dauphin Branch


The Position

Member Service Representatives provide members with a variety of services related to the promotion and sale of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. The successful candidate will respond to members and potential members inquiries, analyze needs, and assists members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs.

 

The Person

The successful candidate will have a grade 12 diploma and 2 years job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members. The individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and decision-making abilities.

 

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is $20.20 - $24.71 per hour.

Summer Student Positions

Summer students gain valuable work experience and learn more about a career in the financial services industry. This temporary position will work from the beginning of May to the end of August.

As a Summer Student you are:

  • Committed to member service

  • Willing to travel to multiple Fusion branches

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma
  • Enrolled in a post-secondary program
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • A class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle; mileage provided based on current policy.

The Position

Member Service Representatives provide members with a variety of services related to the promotion and sale of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. The successful candidate will respond to members and potential members inquiries, analyze needs, and assists members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs.


Note – the successful candidate(s) will provide support to multiple community branches from designated base sites. Candidates must also have a drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.


The Person

The successful candidate will have a grade 12 diploma and 2 years job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members. The individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and decision making abilities.


Compensation

Compensation for this position is $19.65 - $24.04 per hour.
