Interac e-Transfer® notifications are getting a new look!

Effective October 22, 2024, all Interac e-Transfer® email notifications will have an updated look and feel to provide an enhanced user experience.

No action is required from members - you can continue to enjoy the same security and convenience of Interac e-Transfer®.

What’s changing?
Interac has refreshed the design look and feel on all email notifications including:
  • Q&A receive and send notifications
  • Autodeposit send, receive and registration notifications
  • Request Money notifications

e-Transfer Notification Refresh FAQ's

Our notifications look and feel have been updated to provide a better user experience but also to set up for more exciting future product enhancements.
Interac has refreshed the design look and feel on all of our email notifications, including:
• Q&A Receive and send notifications
• Autodeposit send, receive and registration notifications
• Request Money notifications
None of your Interac e-Transfer settings in your online banking or mobile banking app, such as Contacts and Autodeposit registration, will be impacted. You can continue to use Interac e-Transfer to send and receive funds as before.
No, your Autodeposit registration will remain the same. We are only refreshing the design look and feel of the email notifications at this time.
If you don’t recognize the sender and you suspect that the email notification that you have received is fraudulent or a phishing attempt, do not click on any links and contact your financial institution immediately.
While we don’t have any immediate plans to change the notifications following this refresh, we are always looking for opportunities to enhance our products and services for our customers to ensure a positive digital experience.
