During these times, we want to encourage all Fusion members to use our contact-free services to complete their banking needs as much as possible. Here are some ways everyone can feel more comfortable and confident in using our contact-free services.

First, the only rule of online, telephone or in-person banking:

DO NOT share your password with anyone who is not named on your account at any time.

Now, which service is best for you?

Telephone banking

At Fusion, we are here to answer your call. You can call your local branch during operating hours.

Or, call 1-877-226-7957 to connect directly with a member of our team during the following hours:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 8am – 5pm
  • Thursday & Friday: 8am – 8pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am – 3pm

You can also access your account information anytime, anywhere, with a cell phone or a touch-tone phone and a Personal Access Code (PAC). Our easy to follow menu options allow you to check your account balances, pay your bills and transfer funds.

Online banking

You can securely access your accounts and manage your money from your computer whenever you want. Access is free — all you need is a Fusion CU MemberCard and Personal Access Code (PAC).

Through on-line banking, you can:

  • Check your account balances and view transaction history
  • Send money to anyone with email using Interac e-Transfer®
  • Pay bills
  • Transfer funds
  • Manage your spending and trends
  • Create a chequing or savings account
  • Stop cheques, and more

Mobile App

You can check your balance, transfer funds and pay a bill and much more from your smartphone or tablet, giving you secure, convenient access to your accounts from anywhere. The App is free and available on Android and Apple devices.

On the App, you can:

  • Check your account balances and view transaction history
  • Send money to anyone with email using Interac e-Transfer®
  • Pay bills
  • Transfer funds
  • Schedule your own fund transfers and bill payments
  • Deposit Anywhere
  • Fingerprint can be used to sign into the app on iOS devices
